Top 10 Public Warehouses in Miami (2026)

By Luis Lopez, AI transportation consultant, CEO of Go Hub.io Holdings Corp and subsidiaries, and host of the Freight Guru Podcast

Miami sits between the ports, the airport and the Latin American trade lanes, so importers, exporters and e-commerce brands often need space they do not have to lease for years. Public warehouses (also called third-party warehouses) store freight for outside customers and usually handle cross-docking, transloading and fulfillment as well. This article lists ten companies with facilities in the Miami area.

How This List Was Built

Disclosure: Go Warehouse, listed first, is a company I am affiliated with. The other nine companies are ordered by how prominently their own websites appeared in web search results for “public warehouse Miami,” “3PL warehouse Miami” and “warehousing and distribution company Miami FL” in October 2026. Search prominence changes over time and is not a measure of quality. Companies whose own websites did not appear in those results follow in alphabetical order. Descriptions come from each company’s own website. No company paid to be included. Services, availability, licensing and insurance can change, so verify them directly with any warehouse before you ship freight to it.

How to Choose

  • Match the product. Dry goods, food-grade, refrigerated and frozen freight need different buildings. Confirm the warehouse handles your product class.
  • Know your service mix. Storage, cross-docking and transloading are different jobs. Our guide on transloading vs. cross-docking explains which one you need.
  • Check bonded or FTZ needs. If duties are deferred, ask whether the facility is bonded. See FTZ vs. bonded warehouse.
  • Get the full price. Ask for handling, storage, accessorial and minimum charges in writing. Our breakdown of container warehousing costs shows what to expect.
  • Ask about insurance and systems. Request a certificate of insurance, the warehouse legal liability terms and how inventory is tracked.
  • Visit the building. Look at dock access, security and how freight is staged. The 3PL partner checklist for Miami has a longer list of questions.
