Miami is a hard place to deliver large goods. Condo buildings require certificates of insurance and freight-elevator bookings, traffic is heavy, and many shipments are furniture, appliances or fixtures that need two people and sometimes assembly. This article covers last-mile delivery companies that handle large or freight-sized goods in the Miami area: white-glove residential delivery, furniture and fixture delivery with installation, and business-to-business final mile. It does not cover parcel couriers or food-delivery apps.
A note on how this list works. The companies are in alphabetical order, so it is not a ranking. It is based on public information from each company’s own website as of October 2026. No company paid to be included. Coverage, insurance and service levels change, so verify them directly with any company before you book.

How to Choose
- Match the service level to the goods. Curbside, threshold, room of choice and white glove are different jobs with different crew sizes. Confirm which one is quoted and what it includes, such as unpacking, assembly and debris removal. For trends in this segment, see Top 10 AI Trends in Last-Mile White-Glove Delivery.
- Ask about building access. For condos and high-rises, ask whether the provider handles certificates of insurance, freight-elevator reservations and building rules.
- Check coverage and insurance in writing. Liability for loss or damage during final mile varies by provider and by contract. Read Cargo Insurance vs. Carrier Liability before you rely on a provider’s coverage.
- Decide whether you need storage. Projects with staggered arrival dates often need receiving, inspection and warehousing before delivery. Ask how inventory is tracked and how damage is reported on receipt.
- Look at scale and fit. A local specialist may suit project work or a single building. A national provider may suit steady retail volume across several cities. Ask what minimums or volume expectations apply.
- Ask the basic vetting questions. Licensing, equipment, crew training, communication and claims handling matter. The five questions to ask before hiring a freight carrier apply to final mile as well.
